Please Add: “Mail List Processing”, “Address Labeling”, and “Postage” to your order docket – when your mail list is processed , your order will be updated with the correct number and postage amounts for you to approve before the order proceeds.

When you add mailing postcards to your cart, this will initiate a direct mail campaign workflow. In addition to printing, your order will include required mailing services such as mail list processing and address labeling to ensure your pieces are properly prepared and compliant for USPS delivery. These services are essential for accurate targeting, deliverability, and overall campaign success.

Postcards are available in both single-sided and double-sided printing options to fit your design and messaging needs. Please include your artwork has correct bleed and margins. For a guide, please visit our “Resources” tab and see templates. 

Paper stock options include:

• Gloss Finish: Printed on premium 100# Gloss Cover for a vibrant, high-impact look
• Matte Finish: Printed on 100# Plain Cover for a more subtle, writable surface

Attention:
For direct mail campaigns involving 2 or more rounds of mailing, requests for alternate paper stocks (such as 80# or 120#), or quantities not listed, please submit a custom quote request with additional details so we can accurately scope and price your project.
